LUCIE Alongshore Current Meter and Tide Gauge (Mooring) Data 1986-7

This dataset comprises the current meter and tide gauge data collected from the LUCIE alongshore meter series (WA coast) during September 1986-August 1987, as part of the Leeuwin Current Interdisciplinary Experiment (LUCIE). There are 8 moorings with 6 current meters and 4 tide gauges represented in this dataset. Parameters typically recorded in current meter data comprise east-west and north-south velocity components, water temperature, pressure, and salinity at a nominal depth for each current meter. The data have been processed and are archived as part of the holdings of the CMR Data Centre in Hobart.
