Persons Presented in Court by Financial Year 1999-00 to 2015-16

This is the number of people that have presented in the Supreme Court on an annual basis for matters in which the Director of Public Prosecutions is prosecuting. It records the results for these matters as either convicted, acquitted, found insane or unfit to plead or discharged including remitted to the Magistrates’ Court. A person convicted on a single count or charge is recorded as convicted, even if acquitted of multiple charges or counts.
