City of Yarra heritage grading

Yarra has a rich cultural heritage consisting of buildings, spaces, landscapes and other elements. This data asset has information about the heritage overlays and heritage grading of properties within the Yarra municipality. State planning laws outlines that a heritage grading means a place is solely acknowledged as possessing historical value, while a heritage overlay requires a developer to consider such value as part of any new proposal.
